Antwerp Student House is a majestic building from 1911 that is totally renovated to house 11 students in a cozy environment. We made it our mission to make your stay an unforgettable experience. A full-blown home theater with 110-inch screen and a PlayStation, a fully equipped social kitchen integrated in a former 100-year-old food shop, frequently cleaned modern bathrooms, washer and dryer, a bike room and of course powerful unlimited internet.

This is not a massive student building but rather a boutique student house with the possibility to create a little family of friends.

The studio is absorbed in natural light, has new stylish furniture, a small private kitchen and a sink with warm and cold water. You can also use the big social kitchen down the hall.

The 'Total per month' rental price shown on this page is a fixed all-in amount including all costs. It includes water, electricity, heating, internet, insurance, cleaning communal areas and taxes. No extra costs.

Antwerp Student House is located close to the ​enormous public park 'Spoor Noord' with large sports fields, a great summer bar, picknick fields and water-fun. Around the corner are major tram, subway- and bus stations with good connections in all directions. Across the street is Campus Pothoek of the "Karel de Grote University" and at the end of the street is a beautiful (and cheap) public pool. The old city centre is within easy reach by foot as well as by public transport.
